Cobra's pilot training motion cueing seat technology provides the missing sensory seat cues such as vibration, sound and acceleration motion effects as examples of heave, pitch, roll etc. These effects would normally be present in an unmanned aircraft. This technology provides a means to “put the pilot back in the seat” of a UAV. We train pilots to actually fly UAV's remotely from a ground based motion cueing training seat. Actual UAV motion together with other special effects present in the remotely flying UAV are transmitted to the ground based piloting seat.
